Exhibitor passes are free of charge, are valid for 2 days and include:

  • Access to the Exhibition Hall and the Conference plenary sessions
  • Coffee Breaks

Lunches and beverages are not included. If you have already registered for FEAerosol2020 but would like to update or amend your details, please log in by entering the registration key we sent you when you registered.

Any registration or changes onsite entails €30 costs.

Exhibition and sponsorship dates

  • Deadline for booking exhibition space: 15 August  2020
  • Deadline for graphics: 01 September 2020
  • Deadline for booking a meeting room: 10 September 2020
  • Build up of the exhibition: 21-22 September 2020
  • Exhibition & Conference dates: 23-24 September 2020
  • Dismantling of the exhibition: 24-25 September 2020

Included in the booth fee: Aluminium profile structure, walls in white laminated panels, exhibitor identification in auto-adhesive vinyl (up to 20 characters), electrical witch board with socket, lighting, blue royal carpet color, one table and two chairs. Please note exhibitors can only access the halls from 08h00 each morning during the exhibition days and can only remain until the closing of the hall at 18h30 on 23 & 24 September. The dismantling is scheduled for 24 September from 16h00 to 20h00 & 25 September from 08h00 to 20h00.

Do you need a VIP Space to network with your guests onsite?

Rent a surprising inflatable space in the Exhibition Hall, a structure suitable for many purposes such as private meeting, presentation, workshop or interview.
The space can be illuminated by LED technology in all possible colors.

VIP Tables available

To host your guests, colleagues and invitees you can reserve a VIP table – the tables are strategically located area close to the catering area. They have a capacity of between 6 and 10 and consist of a perfectly seating, an attractive separation, possibilities to personalize and private catering service options.

Meeting rooms available

6 Meeting rooms are available at the Meeting Centre close by the Exhibition area.
Use our meeting rooms for presentations, interviews, client pitches or training for your company. Catering, coffee service, projection equipment and other services are available to ensure you have everything you need for your meeting. Just show up and get started!
