Exhibitor passes are free of charge, are valid for 2 days and include:

  • Access to the Exhibition Hall and the Conference plenary sessions
  • Coffee Breaks

Lunches and beverages are not included. If you have already registered for FEAerosol2020 but would like to update or amend your details, please log in by entering the registration key we sent you when you registered.

Any registration or changes onsite entails €30 costs.

€5.850,00 (for a 9m² stand)

*21 % VAT is not included (subject to applicable rate when invoicing)

Included in the booth fee: Aluminium profile structure, walls in white laminated panels, exhibitor identification in auto-adhesive vinyl (up to 20 characters), electricals witch board with socket, lighting, carpet in available stock colors, one table and two chairs.

The Exhibitor’s Manual will be available on 31 October 2020.

Please note exhibitors can only access the halls from 08h00 each morning during the exhibition days and can only remain until the closing of the hall at 18h30 on 23 & 24 September. The dismantling is scheduled for 24 September from 16h00 to 20h00 & 25 September from 08h00 to 20h00.

Do you need a VIP box to network with your guests onsite?

9 to 18sqm VIP boxes are available for renting next to the exhibition area.

We have VIP tables available for reservation in the catering area for up to 10 people during lunch breaks.

Meeting rooms available

6 Meeting rooms are available at the Meeting Centre close by the Exhibition area.
Use our meeting rooms for presentations, interviews, client pitches or training for your company. Catering, coffee service, projection equipment and other services are available to ensure you have everything you need for your meeting. Just show up and get started!
